Although my husband insists that the mgnt is trying to fix the place up and is spending some money to do it(like the plants and flowers in the lobby) I am unhappy. My baby just started crawling and I'm afraid he's going to get splinters from the cheap wood flooring!! They also seem to be chipping at the corners. At one point it was so bad that they had to come in and replace half the flooring.
As for my PSEG bill it's never been less than $225. I just think that some apt's are better insulated and built than others, cause my friend seems to have no problems.
