Living here felt like living in a hotel.
The apts. are cold and have no character.
I dont recommend painting or really making yourself at home here b/c when and if you decide to move out, they charge you for EVERY little thing that isn't in perfect condition.
They used to have a great staff of friendly doormen, which were replaced w/ a bunch of miserable front desk people.
The PSE&G bill is soooooooooo expensive since everything in the apt. is electric (washer/dryer/stove/heat & AC)...in the winter, you have to keep the heat on at all times b/c the apt. gets so cold and in the summer, same thing w/ the AC.
Appliances like the toilet (constanly stopped up!), washer/dryer, dish washer broke down more than once and had to call more than once to get them fixed.
And if you have guests over, they cannot park on the street and must pay for parking in the lot. If they attempt to park on the street, they will get booted.
I feel like you just dont get what you pay for in this place.
And forget the pool in the summer...its WAY too small for the amount of people the building occupies and there are never enough loungechairs so you have to get there by 9am to secure one!
I know they have only been open a short while but I feel like this should make the staff more attentive and friendly to gain a good reputation so they can actually fill up the place.
