Can't see what people are complaining about

I was moving from out west and did everything over the internet so I hadn't actually visited the building until I moved in. It was after paying my deposit that I discovered this site, and quite frankly, all the comments were worrisome!
But, after living here for just over a month I have been extremely impressed. The staff is great, other tenants I meet are friendly, the area is convenient and quiet. Of course there are little things I'd change (anyone else find that the bottom drawer of the oven is completely useless!'), but there will be little things like that anywhere.
I was still worried about how bad my PSE&G bill would be, until I got it the other day and it was $30.65 (for the month of June)! I haven't lived here through the winter yet, but my guess is that if you're smart about it, it'll be fine.
The pool can be busy, but no more so than any of the other nearby buildings. Liking the look of the building is a matter of taste, but I think it has to be one of the nicest in the area.
Someone mentioned in an earlier post that anyone saying good things about the place must be part of management. After living here for a while, I'd have to agree - they're probably part of management of a competitor.
