I am now in my second year of living and I can say it has been a very positive experience. The apartment, facilities and grounds are very clean and look great. The door staff and concierge are helpful and just great people. The gym is very nice with fantastic views of Lady Liberty.
Lastly kudos and big ups to the management staff. They have been attentive and helpful. Even when they were in the middle of moving into their new facilities, they still had time to attend to my minor concerns. I can say that in the past 10 years of living in NYC and the NYC area, that this has been my best renting experience.
