Yes, we have had our share of problems, very high electric bills in the winter, and too many drafts all over the apt. However, we renewed for another year, because compared to all the other apts out there this is really nice. If you don't mind the high rent, and the crazy electric bills, this place is for you. Very large lobby, big loading zone, and beautiful exterior.
