I've lived in this building for almost a year and overall the building itself I have found to be fairly nice. The staff seems friendly and I have had few problems with my apartment. Whenever I have had a problem, it has been fixed in a day.

There are a couple of problems I will point out however.
1)The walls do seem to be thin as I can hear my neighbors through the two bedrooms in my apt. However, since I live in an apt at the end of a hallway, you can't hear anyone else in my living area, so I would recommend an end of the hallway apt to anyone considering this building.
2)The electric bills in the winter are extremely expensive as the building is very cold.

Overall, my experience in the building has been positive. I am moving out in a couple of months, but if I were considering the building itself, I would have stayed. However, the area is still developing and is currently lacking when it comes to restaurants and shops. Also, the PATH is a pain at night as it doesn't run very frequently.
