First of all, whoever wrote the rating below was either out of his/her mind or extremely picky! Secondly, there is no water problem! Thirdly, there is no scam going on! Apartments are not cold in the winter. I guess the place that wrote is is one of those who complain that sth is either too cold or too hot. I live on the 35th and there is no noise problem. There is also no problem with parking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

With the floor to cieling windows, alot of air entered the apartment and with the cheap A/C - Heating units do not warm up the apartment. I have several thermometers and during the winter with all the heaters on the temperature = 63 degrees.
