Very Cold in Winter and YES Water Problem in building

The apartments use the hotel style heaters and a/c unit. The floor to ceiling windows allow air are porous and one must leave the heating unit on all day to keep the apartment warm during the winter months. The PSE&G bill are very expensive ranging from $400-$700 a month in addition to the very competitive rent. The rental goes up b/w 10-20% a year so this is a major SCAM>
