Absolutely ridiculous

I have lived at Liberty Towers for about 6 months.
CONS:
I explored prices nearby and they are less than what I pay for my studio. This place ain't cheap.
Heat bills are ridiculous - in for OctI paid a PSEG bill of 200 for a studio. You do the math.
The trash duct stinks. The smell comes into my apt and I have complained but nothing has been done. Just spraying febreeze in the area is NOT a solution.
The walls are so thin! A spoon drops and I can hear it clearly.
Maintenance is pathetic. Made 3 complaints about a leak - 2 months ago and still not fixed. I have given up.
anyone who wrote a great review here is obviously someone from mgmt itself. Live here and you get all the answers.
