I agree with the bad reviews posted below. This place looks nice but really pinches. Expensive, poor insulation, slow maintenance, thin walls. That'z the summary. Look elsewhere - I can't wait to be outta here. They try new tricks to sucker people in by increasing the price by 200 bucks and then saying "we are running a special". I checked and these folks are running Manhattan prices. Even worse you are required to pay 425 in amentiy fees as well as 200 bucks for renters insurance. Thats an additional 625 a year plus the pricey apt and crazy heating bills! Not worth your money!
