Should've just moved to a waterfront apt.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Pros:
-New building. Under 5 years old.
-Parquet floors
-Haven't found any rodents/bugs yet
Cons:
-No 24 hour doorman (only 12-8p)
-A/C units. No central air/heat
-Hardly ANY closet or storage space
-Uncovered parking only available
-$1400 is overpaying for a tiny 1 br NOT on the waterfront, and for NO 24 hour doorman
