Marbella Apartments

No heating!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Comments posted below are quite true. Here's my views to add to them: 1. I thought there was a law that landlords have to provide adequate heating in the apartments. But, Marbella gets away with a weak GE a/c in each room and absolutely no heating in the bathrooms or corridors. 2. There are 3 maintenance guys and the fact that all of them are busy round the clock shows just how many complaints are received daily. 3. The walk to the PATH station can get quite dangerous at night. Also the area near the light rail line towards Shoprite is best avoided in the dark. 4. Security is a joke as the main door is open most of the time and people just walk in unannounced, since the concierge is not around on his desk most of the time. 5. The common area is always very crowded, so if you though of watching TV or playing pool in peace, just forget it. Overall, not worth the high rents. And certainly not the "crown jewel" of the Hudson as their brochure claims.
