Good experience so far, but slightly overpriced.

Had trouble with toilets twice, both times the maintenance guys were there within 2-3 hours.
Some things are of mediocre quality, like the carpet and wooden floors, but they do have Maytag appliances.
Recent management surprise is the $20/month charge for storing your bikes. I mean com'on, you are already paying such high rent and then you get this fast ball thrown at you! Parking at $175/month is the highest in Newport!!
View of Manhattan remains spectacular!!
