I paid $250 as electric bill last month. The heaters are on all the time, but the temperature in the apartment does not go above 55F, which is really uncomnfortable. Plus because of the nature of the window units, there are very cold drafts blowing in most of the time. The insulation in the apartments is pathetic. The bathrooms have no heating system at all and any hot air is sucked out by the constantly opearting pressure vents, so its freezing cold inside the bathrooms. And they call this a luxury apartment' It feels more like I am living in government subsidized housingJust waiting for my lease to get over.
