I have lived at Marbella for a year and pay the most possibly than everyone else and all I hear from residents are complaints about this and that etc... So I ask myself why they keep reffering their friends and families to live here, and most imprtant if you lived in such luxary building in the NYC what are you still doing here' The gym, clubroom are always full I can't believe that it is open 24 hours a day c'mon lets get for real! As per the Managment who in the enter Tri state is better cause I have lived from the Ivy to Trump towers and accross the country and still I'd have to say theat hands down Marbella's managment team is by far the best.... Of course they have ways of improving their service, but don't we all' Who is perfect' If you live here then you know David , Tracy, Tom and a few other that go above and beyond almost every night that I come home I see David fixing something or helping a resident past the hours of work which ihe doesn't have to do that... Please lets get for real if you don't like it here than LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you ever been in Trump i can asure you that you would never move to Jersey city "Marabella" i didn't like Jersey city and I moved back to the city. Very happy and don't have to deal with the ignorent people like you as well as no curry!!!!!!!! Have fun in Marabella!!!
