NICE but tooooo EXPENSIVE

i moved in last year
good price, brand new, clean and nice
i loved the experience living here
nice management people and just everything is nice..
Except
to sign a new lease, they raised up the price for $300 dollars...!!!!!!!!
that is just crazy
overall, it is a VERY NICE place to live, but it is definately overpriced
