Nice building but far too expensive (and rents are going up!)

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I live here but will be moving out this summer when my lease expires (the rent is going up another $100 a month, and I already pay far too much--over 2K/month for a 1 BR/1Bath with no view at all). Pretty good building, to be honest, but not worth the steep cost. I'm going back to Manhattan. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
