Overall, I have had a relatively good experience at Marbella. The apartments are of nice quality, the gym keeps me from being a bum and the location is terrific for my purposes. The cons: light rail noise, unprofessional management (who will absolutely never admit an error in their planning or execution - witness the parking lot fiasco. I echo someone else's complaints that there is never guest parking available since 1/2 the spots seem permanently reserved for management & people with big trucks!). I have never had a problem with utility bills (to the contrary, we get very nice fresh air and our monthly bill has never exceeded $45). My biggest complaints come back to the management & excessively high rents - our rent is increasing nearly 15% this year! There are cheaper, comparable places in the area.
