I moved in about a year ago and have really enjoyed living here. However, the rent increase does not support any increased value to its residents. I heard from the concierge that the rent increases are going towards funding Roseland's new development projects (beside the Doubletree and behide the building). With no central air, slowest elvators, terrible shuttle service, and the parking dispute with Chilis, this place is hardly "luxurious". We are out of here!
