Please From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   You must live on the roof if you have window issues. I have been here since the begginig of 04 and yes I have had high electric bills, but not once did I freeze. Get real and move out you are possibly one of the residents that put you feet up everywhere, and one of the ones who don't pick up after your dogs. Please go!
