CONSTRUCTION NOISE!!

The construction on the much-in-the-news 111 First St area, bought by a developer, seems to have started today. This is located right behind Marbella, so looks like a lot of construction noise and very little sleep for the next year or so for us residents, especially those with windows towards the Hudson. This morning it was real loud- and despite the bad weather, they started very early in the morning.
