The truth about Marbella From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   Starting in Mar 2005, Marbella management seems to have started actively monitoring this website and tried to contradict every factual review posted by genuine residents. This is around the time that new managers took over at Marbella, with the promotion of some leasing and operations staff. Some of the management posts here have been inane or insulting ("Boring"...."Go elsewhere"...."I can't believe some people" etc) and the poor quality of writing and pathetic attitude clearly reflects through their posts. Imagine the quality of the apartments, if management has to resort to such anonymous, aggressive and rude posts to cover up the true picture. If you want a real idea of Marbella, focus on the reviews on this site posted before March 2005 and the non-management ones posted after that. Also, look at the reviews posted (till today) on the website below: http://www.kannekt.com/review/jer20445.htm Now that managment has got wind of this other site, they may start adding flattering reviews there as well. I am sure you will soon see an inane and frustrated reply from management to this posting here.
