Never any hot water and weekly elevator break downs!

This winter they've had plenty of hot water outages without providing any explantions or apologies. I'm not exaggerating, but they seem to have a problem with the hot water once a week. In fact, every weekday morning between 8 and 9, the water is just about lukewarm. A couple of weekends ago the water was freezing (literally) up until 2pm.
The elevators....let's not even go there.
I can't wait to get out of there either.
