It's so blatant how discriminating he is towards the foriegn nationals who live here. I feel really bad at how rudly he talks to them. He's downright racist! He's been known to call residents on the phone and scream at the residents.
I hope management takes notice and action. However, with this management who have their heads so up their asses, I highly doubt it. I think they get promoted based on who can be the most obnoxious.

i haven't experienced Mark treating anyone like that but i do have to agree that they promote on who is most obnoxious. Anyone they have ever had working there that has comment sense, or any type of respect and understanding for the residents and their needs has been dimissed. I'm guessing simply because they don't fit in to the "pompous plan" it's a shame. It is a beautiful place, too bad it's managed by an arragant son of a &^%$#
