I'm shocked to hear that someone said the doorman open doors - I've stood at the doors struggling with packages and the idiots behind the desk just smile at you and press the button. They are concierges who take packages and nothing more, not doorman.

Management is an embarassment. Maintenance is sub-par as is the construction of the building. Policies change like the weather and no one informs you of the changes. The parking is a joke. Chili's wasn't open when I moved in and now the parking lot is theirs. I feel unsafe with some of the drunks that pile out of there and into our building's property.

Thankfully my floor has limited Indian food smells. I just have rude neighbors who won't even acknowledge you when you say good morning to them at the elevator. And those 10 minute elevator waits are horrifying, especially standing there with people who won't even smile at you.

Kids do go in the pool (though shouldn't be in the hot tub) but the parents are pigs who take the kids diapers off at the water and TOSS THEM to the side. I live with animals!

I can't wait for my lease to expire. I've been here almost two years and it just gets worse.

Roseland should be ashamed of what they've let this building become so quickly!
