if you value genuine honesty and friendliness... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Because I'm not a stickerly for customer service, I'm neutral, but I surely wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values honesty and friendliness. I can't really complain about the rent or the community in general. But the management will often keep you in the dark and give you the least possible information relevant to you at the time, which will screw you later, then they will revel another half secret that they should have told you about in the beginning. If they improve their customer service skills, they'd have less complains, for sure.
