As long as you are a resident, they change policies as they want. In 100% cases, these policy changes have resulted in greater inconvenience to residents. They rude manner the management office and the concierges behave with residents (especially foreign ones) is just disgusting.
The day you give 2 months notice to end your lease, they will repeatedly violate your privacy by getting prospective tenants to enter your apartment unannounced and without caring for your convenience.
When you leave, they will deduct a fair amount from your security deposit on some flimsy ground.
Ask any long-time and genuine Marbella residents and they will aree with the above experiences. Just ignore some of the impostors from the Management office posting here.
