Don't - DO NOT - sign a lease here!

It's gonna be a beautiful day once I'm gone.
The front desk service is a joke. If you're expecting even modest concierge service, look elsewhere. The only thing they do is push a button to open the door (and sometimes the button is broken and still won't get off their butts to open the door even you have groceries), accept packages for which you must ID (even though they know you) to receive, and call a cab (they actually do that kinda well).
The office staff, as seen repeatedly elsewhere, are truly some of the worst bunch I've had to deal with. Policies and lease changes happen at their whim, never in their resident's benefits and normally involve taking away and reducing services in what they advertise as a "luxury" building. I put the office staff on a lower peg than apartment brokers in NYC.
