Hi,
just found out why there is so much hate about this APT and their mangement. There is a Indian Stinking company called Iflex who have taken mass leases of about half the building and thats how they get it for cheap and their indian employees stay there who get like a very very low salary , you would ever imagine, so thats the reason there is some much of curry smell. Also there are some ABCD's , well i advice all americans to stay away from this place. So when the building is in demand, so the management wags their tails and don't care about tenants. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

"leases of about half the building" - building 412 apartments, iflex leased maybe less than 15, half eh !!! "very very low salary" - yeah sure, you still in marbella ? New study links low salary(even with 'very very') to curry smell - what a devoted researcher, devoting time to understand this link "ABCD's" - you understand what that means ? This is a fine building. The management and more over the maintenance guys are the best. Don't skip this building for the wonderful advise from our "Hater"

I believe it---No offense to my indian friends, love them, but they still think they are in their country and at times leave paper trash here and there just like the avalon condos. Someone needs to tell them something. But there are too many of them.
