I'm living here since last here and I find this place good for something and very bad for something else. good things: - easy commute; - close to grocery store (shoprite is downstairs) - nice view of the city especially if you apt faces east side bad things: - management is not good enough for a luxury building they claims to be; why' here the reasons: - we had problem with the blind placed on the living room's window. It was too short and we asked them to change it. they need more than 12 months for doing it and they finally did it when during the negotiation of the renewal we asked them for changing it as a condition for signing the lease. They accepted and they apologize for the inconvenience justifying the long time saying that unfortunately they kept ordering our blind without receiving it (bullsh*t!); - we had problem with the swimming pool, the water was dirty, the 16 years old lifeguard assigned is supposed to clean it every day but since she/he's lazy she/he didn't, so the water is dirty and you can find all sort of things inside; ones I found some puppi in the floor of the pool, probably made by a little kid. When I advised the lifeguard he acted like that: instead of closing the pool and cleaning it, he asked to the guests to stay on the other side of the pool without walking in the side where the puppi was. After that they trow some shock liquid in the water and that's it. The day after I questioned them asking if they had cleaned the pool with a vacuum machine or a filter but unfortunately they didn't. After this experience I never went to the pool anymore. So if you are planning to get an apt at Marbella for the swimming pool... well forget it! - we had some problems with some people from outside the building: since at the front desk they do not check if you are a resident or not, we found more than one time outsiders using facilities like the swimming pool, the lounge or the tv room. I advised the management office of this but after months of staying they were not able to solve this problem; Ones I found people swimming inside the swimming pool in the middle of the night. I called the front desk and the first answer from the doorman was that going to take those people out of the pool was not his duty. I then said to the doorman that if he wouldn't do anything the day after I would be gone to the management office to complaint. After that he decided to go and he found out that the guys inside the swimming pool were not from the building!!!! this is very unsafe!!! and it's probably also unsane!!! - The AC units are bad smelling, but this is not really a huge problem as long as you leave them continuously working for two or three days at the beginning of the season. After that they will work better; This is my experience at Marbella building. I came here last year in June. As of today it's more or less 1 year and 3 months that I'm living here and next year I won't renew my lease.

Thank you. Could you please let me know that how much the electric heat is for the winter for 3 bedroom apt? and how much is it on summer bill?
