Nice Building, Bad Location, Bad Service

This is a beatiful building with new appliances and a gym on the first floor but that's all I can say that is positive. The location is a bit creepy at night - a very nice building in a deserted location, frequent break-ins to cars parked just outside and vacant lots with the homeless next door. The management has been basically non-exsitant / non-responsive with problems or questions. The elevators are frequently out of service and the cable/ internet has been a problem for several months. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in your neighbors' apartment and when one neighbor threatened violence against another neighbor, the building management told us it was none of our business, even though we were witnesses to the threats. I would NOT recommend for the money you have to pay.
