Beware; it is not worth it...

Management may mean well but leasing agent was a serious liar who promised lots of things, including transport to PATH, that never materialized. The building is third rate, and that's if and when the cable and internet gets fix. The staff is nice and helpful but it hardly makes it worth New York rents in Jersey City. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
