Brad Ingerman the building owner has no experience running a luxury building. He is a slum lord in PA and treats this building as he does his buildings in Philly, but charges New York City prices in rent. This place has had many property managers?, who make ridiculous promises to make occupancy and bind you to your lease then quit or get fired with their promises never fulfilled. I loathed everything about this complex. The gym looks good, but none of machines ever work. Cars constantly get broken into in the lot which I pay $180/month. Nothing ever works from the internet to the satellite cable. I could not even get a dish b/c I am on the wrong side of the building. This place is miserable and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy

I agree I rented office space from Ingerman in Philadelphia and the space was always filthy. By the way why were Ingerman and Phil Cottone not charged with manslaughter in the Penns Landing Pier collapse along with Mike Asbell?
