DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT RENTING AT THE MARIN. DO NOT LET MANAGEMENT TRICK YOU WITH LIES. I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE OVER SO I CAN MOVE FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED LUXURY BUILDING. AMENITIES INCLUDE DRUNKEN BUMS WANDERING THE HALLS, VANDALIZED CARS, NO CABLE OR INTERENT, BLATENT LIES FROM MANAGEMENT, PAPER THIN WALLS, DOG URINE SCENTED ELEVATORS THAT SOMETIME WORK, 5x5 GYM W/ ONE WORKING MACHINE, AND NYC RENT PRICES. I HAVE LIVED HERE 10 MONTHS TOO LONG AND HAVE HAD TONS OF PROBLEMS WITH MY APARTMENT THAT MANAGEMNT SAYS THEY WILL FIX, BUT NEVER DO. MY NEIGHBOR HAS A DOG THAT BARKS 24/7 WHICH KEEPS 3 FLOORS UP ALL NIGHT LONG. I AM A DOG LOVER, BUT THINK BEFORE YOU BUILD A BUILDING WITH PAPER THIN WALLS BEFORE YOU MAKE IT ANIMAL FRIENDLY. EVERY TENNANT I HAVE TALKED WITH FEELS THE SAME WAY, CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I WISH I WAS, BUT ONLY TWO MONTHS LEFT.
