I am so excited my lease is almost over. Believe all the negative posts everything said is true. Every tenant that I have met has nothing positive to say about this place. If you visit the Marin everything looks fine until you get tricked into living here. The problems and are out of control leaving you with nowhere to turn because there is a different property manager every week. Do not be fooled by all the incentives they give you to move here, they give them for a reason simply to sucker you in. I would rather live in the homeless shelter next door then renew my lease.
