We moved into this "luxury" apartment building 10 months ago. We have had nothing but headaches and can't wait to move out. When you pay for a $2,000 a month apartment, it comes with the following: broken elevators,leaking windows,vagrants,non existant cable from a fly by night company,infrequent access to the internet, a management company that not only ignores your requests but lies right to your face, paper thin walls,and drunks who sleep in the lobby.
Never ever even think about renting here...whatever you do,do not believe their lies and tactics they use to get you in the door. The building may look ok on the outside, but it is a facade. It is run by dishonest crooks who have no clue how to run a building. Don't walk...RUN. It is awful.
