I don?t know where to start, but like so many unfortunate people I am trapped by Brad Ingerman's Evil Empire. Some of the lies that tricked me into signing my lease were: Comcast internet and cable would be in the building by latest June, shuttle service to path, 24 hr. doorman, the "commuter" trains only run 9-5 weekdays, utility bills are never over $75 b/c of state of the art HVAC system, we have never had a car reported broken into and many more solid fibs. The first month I moved in my AC did not work with temperatures sweltering to 87 degrees, finally after 4 work orders someone fixed it. Then our $200 utility bill came with a meter reading charge. I walk to path every morning watching other luxury buildings shuttles speed past me. I watch the weather forecast so intensely every night b/c god forbid it rains besides the flood in the parking lot which is in the flood plain you have Niagara Falls in your living room, my cat has learned the breast stroke. I know my neighbors lives very intimately by being forced to listen to them through the paper thin walls except I never met them. I could ramble on forever about the problems of this place, but since I cannot watch the World Series in my living room b/c of the cable situation off to the bars.
