Only thing that is remotely good are the door people.
Other than them this place is a --------. For 2500 bucks you figure I'd be getting something in return..Nothing, no cable. I couldnt even have anybody over my cable is such ----. Couldnt watch the world series because channel 5 wouldnt even come in, and this was on a paid cable service, not an antenna. Cars being broken into on a regular basis, bums living next door, lots of them. Promises, promises, promises...
Ingerman is the worst management company ever. Forget about getting a call back.
They've gone through at least 5 different leasing managers in the building in the last year. The current one is a total witch who doesnt know how to speak to anyone.
Make sure you get everything in writing because they'll screw you majorly.
One tenant in the building almost had his career ruined because he ran his business from one of his two apartments. To make a long story short, they told him they werent responsible for keeping the air on in his apt and they fried all of his computer equipment and he lost clients because of this.
DO NOT LIVE HERE, IT IS A SCAM.
And the building wont be around much longer. When I moved out 3 other people were also, and five more were to follow within the next week. Alot breaking their lease to get the hell out.
They'll also try to scam you out of your security deposit too.
