Do not sign a lease with this building!!! I moved in here in the very beginning (got coned into thinking it was all "state-of-the-art"). Hell i didn't even know it was in JC until i actually signed the lease! The real estate guy they used to show the place, Bob, failed to mention that the property was not in Hoboken.

From the get-go there were a lot off issues...the biggest one being that I was told that a small company called FreeAir Networks were in charge of the buildings cable and internet...you would have figured they would have gone with the cable/internet provider of JC, ComCast, but no it was FreeAir. One word about FreeAir....they are a joke !!! the cable never worked good and you can forget about local stations like ABC or FOX....FreeAir had installed some sort of ------ attenna on top of the building for those channels but the reception sucked....i had to go out and buy the bunny ears to get decent reception....and FreeAir even had the nerve to charge you $9 for the local stations that didn't even come in !!! Want the internet'' well you can forget it....the service was pathetic....you'd be lucky to even be able to log on. To make a long story short....The building management keep promisig from the very beginning when it became clear that everyone hated FreeAir that they were going to have ComCast come in and provide service.....this never happened...i think the reason was because the cable wiring in the building was so cheap that they just couldn't make their services work with it or something.

The sound proofing in this place is terrible...you might a well just have a drape hanging between your apt and your neighbors. The building also had some very bad elements...i personally lived next door to a drug dealer that was about 18 years old and constantly played very loud techno music while pot smoke filled the whole hallway and came into my apartment (hey people can smoke whatever they want but put a towel down or something!) He also had a small band of punk kids come and banging on his door at all times of the night looking for drugs, evidently he did not have a phone. The guy also threatned to shot another neighbor that complained about the loud music....the police even came....but the Marin management did nothing.....concerned neighbors were told that it was none of their business and that there was nothing they could do to get rid of that maniac.

I could go on and on...in conclusion the building management is terrible...its of poor construction, it attracts criminal elements, and your life will be a living hell. Don't do it !!!!!!!!!
