I have been living at the Marin for just under a year and am making the decision to vacate early.

I have lived in four local "luxury" (over-rated adjective) and I have experienced nothing like this.

The core of the property issues lies in it's menacing, corrupt management. The lates 'resident evil' is it's underqualified and vindictive manager - Keisha. She is a ruthless liar and manipulative slum lord.

I am moving out and risking their threatened pending suit if I do.

I am out of here.
