Nice Apt - Can?t beat location

This is my first JC apt, and I think I just got lucky. The building is way cool (old, historic but just renovated), good construction, real high ceilings, and a great kitchen. I do a lot of cooking and it is a joy in this kitchen. I also like the roof deck to just chill or to BBQ (they have a gas grill).
Management is very good. Anything goes wrong, they?re there sooner than you?d expect. Maybe it?s because there?s just 20 apts, but I feel like they actually care about me.
Oh yeah. It?s 2 blocks from the PATH.
