I lived in Mercer Arms at 47-49 Mercer for almost 3 years and I loved it. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious and bright. The roofdeck is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Also the neighborhood is friendly and very charming. We bought a condo 3 blocks away otherwise we would still be livng at Mercer Arms.
