not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Here are my thoughts... Lived here since it was built, its in a great location (close to Path), Marco and Pepes on the corner makes the block look nice. Neighborhood mixed with not so nice buildings and people but I guess that is expected in Jersey City. This building has had numerous break ins 20 units 4 break-ins that I am aware of. Have spoken to many people in the building and we share similar complaints. The noise level in this building is unreal. This would be my number one complaint. The hardwood floors and poor construction make it almost unbearable. Lets put it this way, I know my upstairs neighbors schedule very well. There is a very small roof deck with grill which basically only one apartment at a time can use. Parking on the street tends to be difficult but you usually can find a spot. Overall this place is overpriced for what you get. Save your money there are better deals out there.
