The best thing about the buidling is how close to the PATH train it is. Literally, two minutes walking at a leisurely pace, thirty seconds if your in a hurry. My apartment was beautifully renovated as were all the others I saw in the building. The neighborhood was probably one the best in JC. I came home late all the time and never was worried. Daily commute into and out of NYC was so easy. Management always responded right away if there was ever a problem, which there only a few.
