Can anyone let me know about their experience with the level of heating in the Pier Apartments' I checked the reviews for the Liberty Towers, a building quite close to the Pier, and residents there are complaining about inadequate levels of heating in particular and poor construction in general. I am trying to make up my mind between the two buildings and, considering that the Pier actually sits on top of water and Exchange Place is very windy, I am a bit concerned about whether this may also be a problem here.
