Compared to manhattan the rents are much cheaper. They apartments have good ammenities in terms of washer, dryer, dish washer, stainless steel appliances. However we find the walls to be too thin and noise is an annoyance. Not sure what the management can do about the noise since the construction is the problem here. The surroundings are quiet and external noise is not a problem at all. All in all just an average place to live in.
