This is a horrible apartment complex. The hot water is periodically turned off/does not work. There was signficant flooding in the building in January 2004. As a result, many residents were forced to move out of their apartments. Most of the "amenities" do not work. Management enters into your apartment, unannounced, during the day while you are out at work. Theft has occurred in the building. Please save yourself the grief!
