I moved in a couple of weeks ago, and before I signed on the dotted line I asked the office a few questions that this site has raised about the property that concerned me, they didn't dance around the quetions and seemed to really care about me and my concerns. Since I've moved in the concierge staff has been great, the maintenance team although it may be slow to answer a problem in my apartment when I first moved in, they do routine air filter changes which makes me feel like they really care about the running of the building.
I have to say I really like it here, location makes it pretty amnazing that you can live so close to the city without paying the rents.
