NO HOT WATER, horrible apartments

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
I moved to the Pier thinking that the high price should reflect higher quality. After living here for 3 months, I figured I made a mistake. When I first moved in, the apartment was not prepared at all. I was told the apartments were brand new, but to my surprise, many things were broken. The bath tub was rusted, the toilet is tiny, and the sink is tilted. The quality of the bathroom is worst than the dorm bathroom I had!
The phone lines and internet line were also not setup. Worst of all, I was not informed by managment that Verizon is not responsible for any wiring inside the apartment. I was charged $91 twice for the repair that management should have taken care of. When I informed management about the charge, I was asked to deal with Verizon myself.
Lastly, there is "NO HOT WATER" in the morning. This is worst than the expensive heat and A/C other people are experiencing. I cannot boil water to take a shower!
I would be happy if I paid $1500, but for over $2000, I expected more, much more!
