The Pier has been a great experience so far. I moved in last July and DO plan on renewing my lease (I called today to let them know to type up the lease.)

I have a 1-Bedroom Den... I love my apartment. I have a linen closet, pantry, coat closet, and a huge walk-in in the bedroom.

Other apartments I've lived in have 1/2 the storage space I have here.

Aside from that, it only takes me 10 minutes to get to work... 2 to walk down the hallway (I live at the end), 4 on the Path and 4 to walk to my office downtown. I've figured out the Path schedule, so it's like clockwork.

Nothing is perfect. People who complaining on this website are expecting more than reality. It's a shame that this site got some negative reviews because this place is really great.

They have a concierge staff that seems to know everyone's names who live here. Although one of the maintenance guys is hard to understand with his accent, the job always gets done.

Come and see for yourself. This place is much nicer than others in the area.
